Who we are looking for

Are you skilled in developing strategies and leading paid advertising and SEO efforts on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, email, and organic search? You’ll integrate SEM, SEO, and paid media into a data-driven plan to increase ROAS and revenue.

The ideal candidate excels in bidding strategies, tracking, and keyword analytics, optimizing campaigns for peak performance. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive pipeline growth and qualified opportunities.

This hands-on B2B role is perfect for a marketing professional passionate about increasing ROI through strategic, data-driven execution.

What you get to do
  • Strategize, develop, and implement demand generation strategies and digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Work closely with the sales, business development, marketing, and member-company general manager teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
  • Own, plan, manage, and optimize spend and forecasts for the annual demand generation budget to influence funnel growth, increase conversions, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
  • Need 8+ years in demand generation for B2B in industrial systems, engineering, automation, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), paid media, automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention
  • Strong track record of leading, managing, and driving demand-generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Proficiency with HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform
