Position Duties Summary:
- Supervise engineering team, participate in hiring decisions, assign work, and support employee development.
- Plan and oversee software development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical requirements for our social media/influencer marketing and AI platforms.
- Review software architecture, oversee the development of software applications, and monitor project quality and performance.
- Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of software systems.

Position Requirements:

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Must have at least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering or software development including:
- Experience designing software architecture and cloud-based applications, APIs, and distributed systems that process large-scale, high-volume data.
- Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions for content analysis, recommendation systems, media processing, or digital platforms.
- Experience with image or video processing systems, data pipelines, or other large-scale data processing applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage software development projects, coordinate product releases, and deliver enterprise software applications.
Salary: $180,000-$220,000/year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
