THE ROLE

The Director of Enterprise Partnerships will lead revenue growth within assigned enterprise telecommunications accounts. This role requires identifying strategic opportunities, aligning internal resources, crafting compelling client presentations, and driving client adoption of tailored solutions. Success is measured by consistently surpassing revenue targets and strengthening client relationships. You will collaborate closely with a team of highly motivated and successful professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive significant revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and introducing innovative solutions.
  • Navigate complex internal and external dynamics to deliver clear, measurable value and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that directly address clients' strategic business objectives.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders while effectively managing client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address competitive threats and market challenges.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of proven success in enterprise-level sales.
  • Demonstrated track record selling managed-service and data-driven marketing solutions, including measurement strategies.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and receptive to coaching.
  • Expertise in articulating solutions across multiple marketing channels: email, display, video, OTT/CTV, and direct mail.
  • Highly self-motivated and adept at thriving in a performance-driven environment.
  • Skilled at assessing complex client needs and crafting targeted solution strategies.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales with a strong ability to position comprehensive, client-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with intellectual curiosity and proficiency in quantitative analysis and analytic tools.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer marketing dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative mindset, excelling in team-oriented environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Prior experience within the telecommunications vertical is preferred.

SALARY RANGE

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000.00, depending on location and experience.
