Job Summary

Prominence is seeking a Director, Epic Revenue Cycle to serve as a senior-level advisor and hands-on delivery leader across client engagements. This role is ideal for a builder and operator—someone who thrives in the details of execution, enjoys working side-by-side with clients, and brings deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle. 
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role, where you will lead high-impact engagements while shaping the future of Prominence’s Revenue Cycle practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, drive measurable financial and operational outcomes, and contribute to the development of scalable offerings over time.

Client Delivery & Execution 

  • Lead and actively contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements, including optimization, implementation support, and performance improvement initiatives.  
  • Serve as a hands-on advisor, working directly with client stakeholders to solve complex revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows.  
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights that improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption.  
  • Ensure successful project execution, including scope management, issue resolution, and delivery of measurable results. 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client leaders, acting as a go-to resource for Revenue Cycle strategy and execution.  
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to maintain account health and identify opportunities for continued impact.  
  • Support sales and scoping efforts by providing subject matter expertise, solution design, and effort estimation.  

Practice Development 

  • Contribute to the evolution of Prominence’s Epic Revenue Cycle offerings, including development of methodologies, tools, and best practices.  
  • Identify emerging client needs and market trends to help shape future service lines and growth opportunities.  
  • Play a key role in building the foundation for a scalable Revenue Cycle practice over time.  

Team & Culture Contribution 

  • Mentor and support consultants and managers across engagements, fostering a culture of learning and delivery excellence.  
  • Model Prominence’s values through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.  
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance team capability, knowledge sharing, and delivery consistency.  

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations, with deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude, etc.)  
  • Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles, with the ability to both lead and execute  
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies  
  • Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making  
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution  
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
Physical and Medical Standards 

Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.  


Additional Expectations 
  • Remote-first; must be based in the U.S. 
  • Travel as needed for client engagements and key meetings  
  • Full-time, salaried position
