Develop and own channel strategies for ASCs, rural health and access‑to‑care (critical access, community settings), including segmentation, portfolio growth plays, and alignment with government/public‑sector initiatives.
Define and scale third‑party channel and route‑to‑market models for ambulatory, home and emerging care; set channel governance, enablement, incentive frameworks and performance management.
Integrate GPO and channel plays with Enterprise Strategic Solutions and national IDN account plans—embed into Account Business Plans, coordinate enterprise deal strategy, pricing governance, and One‑Philips portfolio execution.
Build and lead the national GPO & Channel organization—establish operating cadence, governance forums, deal escalation pathways, cross‑functional collaboration (Finance, Pricing, Legal, Marketing, BUs) and talent/performance frameworks.
