This is a remote position.

We're looking for an experienced growth leader who enjoys solving business problems, understanding customers, and building strategies that create long-term, profitable growth.

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

You'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape how we grow, strengthen our brand, improve customer loyalty, and turn customer insights into better business decisions.

If you enjoy building systems, leading teams, and making a measurable impact on the business—not just running campaigns—we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own
  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy across marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and brand

  • Use customer insights, market research, and performance data to identify new growth opportunities

  • Build marketing systems and campaigns that drive measurable business results

  • Strengthen our brand and ensure consistent, high-quality customer communications

  • Champion the use of AI and modern technology to improve marketing effectiveness and customer understanding

  • Lead and develop the marketing team while partnering with leaders across the business

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, brand, customer strategy, or related leadership roles

  • A proven track record of driving business growth, not just marketing activity

  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong analytical thinking combined with excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable using data, customer insights, and experimentation to guide decisions

Bonus Points
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, SaaS, or service-based businesses

  • Experience with CRM, customer analytics, AI, marketing automation, or loyalty programs

  • Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership teams

You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Think like a business leader, not just a marketer

  • Love understanding customers and finding new opportunities for growth

  • Enjoy building teams, systems, and scalable processes

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Are excited by AI and emerging technologies that improve how organizations grow

BenefitsWhy Join Us?

This is an opportunity to shape the future of the business—not just the marketing department. Your work will directly influence growth, customer experience, and long-term strategy, and you'll have the autonomy to build, improve, and lead.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas genuinely influence company direction, we'd love to hear from you.
