About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to own and drive Foundation Health’s marketing strategy and execution. As a team of one, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our brand, telling our story, and fueling commercial growth. You’ll partner closely with sales, product, and design to build compelling content, drive demand, and elevate Foundation Health’s presence in the market.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.


Responsibilities
  • Digital Presence

    • Own Foundation Health’s LinkedIn strategy; grow followers, engagement, and thought leadership presence.

    • Manage updates and content on the Foundation Health website to reflect the latest messaging, product offerings, and press releases.

  • Content & Collateral

    • Create high-impact content including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.

    • Build a library of customer-facing and sales enablement materials to support the commercial team.

  • Conferences & Events

    • Partner with sales on conference strategy, including booth design, collateral, lead capture, and follow-up campaigns.

  • Press & PR

    • Collaborate with external PR partners and internal stakeholders on press releases, award submissions, and media opportunities.

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

    • Partner with sales to design and execute targeted sales campaigns and outreach programs to fuel pipeline.

    • Support messaging and creative for outbound and account-based marketing efforts.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and report on marketing performance across channels (social, website, campaigns, events).

    • Provide insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.

  • Customer & Employer Brand

    • Showcase customer success stories through testimonials and case studies.

    • Partner with recruiting to support employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and beyond.


Qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.

  • Strong background in content creation, brand building, and demand generation.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media, websites, and lightweight digital campaigns.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where you set strategy and execute.
