RealtyAds is building AI-native software for commercial real estate, and we're looking for a proven seller who can win new business, develop strategic relationships, and help elevate the performance of the team around them. 

You'll own the full sales cycle, mentor junior team members, and work directly with leadership to drive revenue growth in one of the largest industries being transformed by AI. 

The best salespeople today aren't just selling AI products—they're using AI to out-research, out-personalize, and out-execute everyone else.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution 

  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and ROI 

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across commercial real estate ownership groups and brokerage firms 

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting 

  • Leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage pipeline and improve performance 

  • Train and mentor junior sales team members on prospecting, objection handling, and sales best practices 

  • Help refine messaging, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies alongside company leadership 

  • Represent RealtyAds at client meetings, industry events, and key growth opportunities 

  • Deepen your expertise in commercial real estate while helping shape how AI transforms the industry

COMPENSATION & PERKS 

  • Base salary: $65,000-$75,000 

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $145,000-$155,000 (uncapped) 

  • Unlimited PTO
