Apollo.io is transforming from a pipeline generation platform into a multi-product, AI-native end to end GTM platform for SMBs and MM. As we scale, we require a Head of GTM Strategy and Operations to optimize our sales processes, improving efficiency, and drive revenue growth. This key leadership role involves strategic planning, data analysis, process improvement, and technology management to support our growing sales team. This is a business critical role that plays a key part in driving sales performance and Apollo’s overall revenue growth.  Responsibilities
  • In the executive capacity of Head of GTM Strategy and Operations, the director will be responsible for translating strategies into executable plans, executing GTM strategic decisions, and ensuring process discipline
  • Working closely with the regional operations and the executive team, the director will manage and lead strategic planning activities and will facilitate project plan implementation and communication
  • The director will work to achieve actionable results through others, build strong and sustainable relationships, and successfully interact with all levels of the organization
  • Managing certain portions of the business functions directly and working closely with all other functions including sales, services, finance, and marketing;
  • Developing and coordinating plans, policies, resources, and mission as well as goals, vision, and expectations;
  • Working closely with the regional units and staff to prepare complex analyses, develop presentations, lead multi-disciplinary projects, and track objectives and action items;
  • Acting as project manager for weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews;
  • Assisting in defining, streamlining, and communicating operational and decision-making processes;
  • Providing detailed analysis and/or tracking of operating data and trends, at other companies and within the industry or global economy;
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of previous applicable experience in leading Sales Operations teams with domain understanding of enterprise software, business solutions, and business intelligence;
  • Excellent thought leadership with demonstrated ability to develop relationships with ‘C’ or VP level business leaders to influence and lead on tactical and strategic issues
  • Substantive exposure and engagement with the planning, execution, and management of complex global projects;
  • Engaged approach to collaborative co-dependent relationships with exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve results;
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, category creation, and PLG is a plus.
