As a Director, you will be dedicated to driving growth of the Ipsos’ agile research platform, Ipsos. Digital. You will work collaboratively with a variety of teams to capture growth opportunities, from executing external GTM strategies to collaborating with SLs on ways to amplify IDP use internally. 

Summary of Position and Requirements:

The Director of Ipsos.Digital, NA will be a key member of Ipsos’ Service Line Business Operations team. They are tasked with driving usage and growth of our agile research platform.  The ideal candidate will:

  • Drive execution of primary GTM strategies and identify ways to coordinate efforts across Service Lines
  • Perform client demos of platform, in partnership with commercial teams
  • Provide pricing support and material development for proposals
  • Partner with service line leadership to identify opportunities to leverage FastFacts, develop market-specific templates, and/or champion new products from the global service line leadership
  • Support service lines in the commercialization of new templates or products
  • Liaise between local team contacts and central/global teams to communicate development needs, issues, challenges and client requirements
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs to monitor performance and success of platform across various metrics
  • Focus on executional excellence, while growing both internal and client partnership skills 

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

This might be the job for you if you have: 

  • At least 7 years of market research experience 
  • Deep experience utilizing platform-based research solutions
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s level education an asset 
  • Ability to effectively explain products/solutions to clients, matching to their needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation 
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines 
  • Thrives within a team environment and proven ability to influence and guide peers, juniors and superiors
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Comfort in challenging the status quo and proposing new ways of working

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
