We’re looking for a results-driven Director of IT PMO to lead our project and program management team in delivering transformational IT initiatives. You'll drive the strategic execution of our multi-year IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, while leading a team of skilled project managers to deliver outcomes that matter.How will you make an impact & Requirement
What You’ll Do- Lead the annual IT strategic and operational planning process, turning strategy into
action.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver large-scale IT initiatives from
conception to completion.
- Manage vendor relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and other third-
party partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define project scope, timelines, and
success metrics.
- Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, resource planning, and risk management.
- Champion change management processes that enable user adoption and business
transformation.
- Drive reporting and performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability
across initiatives.
- Support end-to-end M&A integrations and enterprise-wide systems rollouts.
- Continuously optimize IT program delivery, tools, and methodologies.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale, complex
environments.
- 5–8 years in enterprise system implementations and vendor management.
- Proven experience leading technology integration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly Life Sciences, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
- PMP certification or similar credentials.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Knowledge of change management models such as ADKAR or McKinsey 7S.
- Strong financial acumen and experience tracking capital project performance.
- Experience in ERP and customer portal implementations.
