Director of Learning & Development
The Director of Learning & Development will design and implement programs to build technical and functional competencies for all Snapsheet employees (onboarding, leadership development, etc). They will coach, facilitate and grow leaders within our organization by providing strategic direction and thought leadership for development and learning programs and processes.

- Relevant or translatable experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with startup or lean organization feel
- Experience partnering with and recommending third parties on tools and training development
- Experience building learning and development curriculum across multiple job families: (exempt, non-exempt, product, technology, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree desired
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong technical proficiency in learning and development tool set
- High emotional intelligence, a can-do mentality and a creative approach to problem solving
- Experience on the job… 5-8 years of directed training/teaching in a corporate environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute on plans
