  • Develop and drive a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives to enhance market position and drive revenue growth.

  • Communicate product goals, priorities, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, analytics, program management, and operations to deliver successful product launches.

Supplier Management, Product Quality & Compliance:

  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiating pricing and ensuring alignment with Kraus’s business objectives.

  • Develop strategies to evaluate, onboard, and optimize suppliers, using the Kraus supplier scorecard to guide decisions on partnerships.

  • Ensure all products meet Masco, Delta Faucet Company, and industry compliance standards for quality, safety, and performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, optimize costs, and strengthen the supply chain.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to elevate team capabilities.

  • Attract and retain top talent passionate about consumer-driven product innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in product development, category management, or merchandising, ideally in the home improvement or consumer goods industry.

  • Strong background in e-commerce and retail market dynamics, with a proven ability to launch products that resonate with consumers.

  • Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and global sourcing.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies that drive business results.

  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating matrixed organizations.
