The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: 

 The Financial Systems Manager will have primary responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the OneStream EPM system at Justrite.  This is a hands-on role with deep integration into the financial reporting cycles of the business.  This role will own and lead day-to-day system administration, including mapping adjustments, business rules, user and security maintenance, new user provisioning, hierarchy management, troubleshooting, and system functionality.    

  

This role will have full-scope ownership of system enhancement and upgrade projects and will be responsible for identifying and leading projects to derive additional value from the system.  This includes current projects to implement account reconciliations and task manager.  The role will act as the principal bridge between the accounting / finance team and technical resources, requiring an in-depth understanding of financial statement mechanics, financial data, data integrity controls and consolidations.  

  

The role will also lead efforts to identify additional utilization opportunities for OneStream.

What You’ll Do at Justrite: 

  • Serve as principal administrator and SME of the OneStream EPM system, including security provisioning, workflow, business rules, mapping, hierarchies, entity structure, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, constraints, and future enhancements / expansions.  
  • Manage and direct the work of staff and the managed services team: Evaluate resources, manage costs, prioritize workflow and oversee all projects.  
  • Lead user acceptance testing, data validation, financial statement validation and all other testing and validation activities associated with system changes, upgrades, and acquisitions.  
  • Act as the primary bridge between OneStream, our managed services team, JSG Finance, and JSG IT.  
  • Ensure all system changes go through rigorous review and testing to ensure integrity of financial data, reporting, GAAP accounting compliance, and the integrity of historical data.  
  • Plan, lead and execute all system enhancements including, but not limited to, Account Reconciliations, Task Manager, Budget & Forecast module, and data seeding.  
  • Develop and lead regular training and onboarding sessions for new employees, develop SOP's for key processes, MS Office reporting integrations, and ensure our professional staff has the necessary documentation / information to effectively utilize the system.  
  • Integrate new acquisitions into the Company’s reporting process and system, including financial system mapping and coordination with IT to establish necessary connections with ERP systems  
  • Develop and meticulously maintain the OneStream chart of accounts, all hierarchies and other system dimensionality to ensure extensibility, expansion, flexibility and accuracy in reporting across multiple stakeholder groups while rigorously protecting the integrity of historical GAAP financial data.  
  • Manage OneStream licensing to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and business user needs while minimizing costs.  
  • Support ERP implementation / enhancement activities to ensure continuity of direct system connections to the OneStream system. 
  • Implement, maintain, and strengthen internal controls and documentation.  
  • Research, recommend and lead efforts to enhance the utilization of OneStream into the overall business operations, including the planned implementation of account reconciliations functionality, AI analytics, workflow management, and system structure.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, related graduate degree.  CPA preferred.  
  • 7+ years’ experience in technical administration of OneStream or a modern EPM system such as HFM is required with 3+ years as principal system administrator.  
  • Extensive background in corporate accounting or finance, demonstrative understanding of financial statements, including cash flow mechanics.    
  • Understanding of financial consolidations involving multiple currencies and ERPs – preferably in a high-growth environment.   

Additional qualifications to ensure your success in this role include: 

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Experience in a private equity-backed environment 
  • OneStream System Administrator or Architect certification strongly 
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation accounting 
  • A strong process-oriented person who drives for efficiency and insight 
  • Flexible team player with good interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty with a curiosity for solving problems  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to articulate financial concepts to colleagues with a wide variety of finance skills and experience  
  • High standards of accuracy and precision with superior attention to detail  
  • Highly organized with focus on process discipline; excellent time management skills  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Must embrace the need for hands-on work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced growth environment  
  • Ability to meet deadlines  
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 

Compensation: 

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000. 


Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
