This Director role within Cohesity’s Worldwide Partner Organization is responsible for partner experience & engagement lifecycle, partner profitability and listening programs across all partner types in the Cohesity partner ecosystem to advance Cohesity’s partner ecosystem and channel strategy. The position is responsible for leading the teams that defines and develops the Partner Experience & Engagement Lifecycle, integrating online digital portals, listening programs, customer, and partner seller experience, and championing digital transformation through AI-powered engagement across all partner touchpoints. A strong background in channel management, partner business models, partner programs, partner management systems, and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies is essential, alongside superior collaboration, communication, and project management skills.  

 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:  

  • Own and refine the Partner Experience & Engagement Lifecycle strategy, including digital portals, onboarding flows, enablement pathways, listening programs, and seller/partner interaction models.  

  • Lead the global strategy, business roadmap, and execution of the Cohesity Partner Portal/PRM to deliver a seamless, modern, AI-enabled “Digital First” partner experience.  

  • Define and prioritize AI-driven partner experience capabilities, including personalized engagement, intelligent search/navigation, guided learning, next-best actions, and predictive compliance.  

  • Lead partner listening program, profitability strategy and messaging, leveraging market intelligence and business analytics to deepen Cohesity’s partner value proposition.  

  • Manage global partner listening programs, including NPS, sentiment tracking, dashboards, and executive partner feedback loops.  

  • Measure success using NPS, Share of Wallet, and Share of Voice across partner segments and partner types.  

  • Orchestrate change management driven by partner insights, internal feedback, and evolving channel strategy.  

  • Drive alignment between Corporate Marketing and Partner Marketing, ensuring partner voice is integrated across portal content, campaigns, listening channels, and PR activities.  

  • Amplify partner relevance and ensure partner needs and outcomes are incorporated across corporate initiatives, programs, and communications.  

 

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:  

  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.  

  • 15+ years of channel experience, including 10+ years managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs.  

  • Deep expertise in partner business models, partner profitability, and global channel operations (resell, MSP, CSP, GSI, OEM, distribution).  

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environment.  

  • Strong track record of data-driven insights, accountability frameworks, and successful change management.  

  • Experience designing, launching, and optimizing PRM platforms, digital workflows, and automations to reduce friction and increase engagement.  

  • Background in partner marketing, partner enablement, or global channel program leadership.  

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, cross-functional environment.  

  • Experience implementing AI capabilities that personalize partner experiences (next-best actions, predictive compliance, intelligent navigation, guided learning).  

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support business decision-making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$170,000.00-$212,500.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
