As the Director, Pro Digital Business works closely with senior leadership across functions to create a customer driven omnichannel strategy to drive incremental Pro revenue by optimizing high-value purchase pathways outside the traditional funnel efficiency-focused digital buying experiences. What You Will Do
- Assist with creating the pro digital strategy for Lowes.com and deliver digital experience strategy for assigned business unit through the aggregation of insights, competitive intelligence and data-driven recommendations that address customer gaps to ensure they come in on-time and in-scope.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders (VPs, SVPs) to guide future digital strategies for Lowes.com.
- Gain alignment with senior leadership across the organization to best drive enterprise strategy and deliver on business goals/commitments.
- Train and develop team to analyze customer information to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience within assigned categories, including identifying opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), digital content, SEO and post-transaction results.
- In partnership with the senior director and VP, leverage corporate and department goals to create actionable and measurable goals for the team to then benchmark against for year-end evaluations.
- Provide continuous and open feedback and mentorship to team members to encourage their growth, assist them in learning new tools, skills and techniques, and take on greater responsibility.
- Examine and streamline workflows and processes within the team to increase efficiency.
- Provide tactical support specific to in-season opportunities to react to near-term business trends and drivers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 10 years of digital, online, ecommerce and/or retail experience
- 6 years of people leadership experience
