  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative research, data, and market insights into strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements

  • Create go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams

  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles driving complex product strategies across multiple teams

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products or business lines

  • Strong strategic thinking ability with the capacity to translate market opportunities into clear product vision and actionable roadmaps

  • Experience with product discovery methodologies and techniques for validating new product concepts

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to build consensus across functions and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using metrics to guide product strategy and evaluate success

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high bias for action—comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving results

  • Customer-obsessed with a deep empathy for user needs and the ability to translate those into compelling product experiences

  • Technical fluency and comfort discussing new technologies, emerging innovations, and technical feasibility with engineering and machine learning teams

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare technology fields, and fast growing tech startups

  • Background in driving innovation within established companies or launching successful new product categories
