About the Role

We are looking for a senior product leader to act as the external and internal voice of our product strategy. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Market, translating customer needs into compelling narratives and shaping how our innovation is understood, adopted, and monetized.
You will serve as a proxy for the CTO and VP of Product in the field, representing our roadmap, vision, and technical differentiation with credibility and authority.
This is not a traditional product management role. It is a high-impact, externally-facing leadership position focused on market influence, strategic deals, and aligning product direction with real-world customer needs.
This is an individual contributor role. You will not manage a team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Together with Product Marketing, work on defining and continuously refining how we communicate our product vision, roadmap, and differentiation

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value

  • Ensure consistency across Sales, Marketing, and Product messaging

  • Represent the company at conferences, executive briefings, and industry events

  • Act as a senior spokesperson for product innovation and strategy

  • Support strategic enterprise deals with credibility and depth

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on high-impact opportunities

  • Shape solution narratives that align product capabilities with customer pain points

  • Influence deal strategy where product direction and roadmap are critical

  • Bring structured, high-quality market feedback into Product and R&D

  • Identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities to help prioritize roadmap decisions based on real customer insight

  • Act as the bridge between Product, GTM teams, and Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to enable Sales and Solutions with clear, differentiated product storytelling

  • Elevate the overall sophistication of how we position and sell the product

Your Profile
  • 10+ years in Product, Solutions, or Technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS

  • MarTech background strongly preferred, ideally in location marketing, search, reputation management, CDP, customer engagement, or adjacent categories

  • Proven ability to operate credibly with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Strong executive presence and public speaking experience

  • Deep understanding of how products are built, positioned, and sold

  • Experience influencing product direction without direct ownership

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing substance

  • Familiarity with AI tools and applied AI in B2B SaaS is a plus, as innovation in this space is central to our product direction

  • Located in the Americas and willing to travel for events and key customer engagements
