We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Product Director to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation healthcare technology products. This leader will blend deep product management expertise with strong technical aptitude, EMR ecosystem fluency, and a passion for improving outcomes across clinical, quality, population health, and value-based care workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in healthcare, healthcare tech, or technology sectors
- 3+ years in a role supporting clinical, quality, population health, or VBC performance optimization in areas such as population health management, stratification, care management, clinical optimization, risk identification, or clinical documentation
- 3+ years in a product management or technology development role across new product development, launches, market sizing, roadmap creation, and commercial/SaaS product development
- 3+ years of experience leading highly matrixed, cross-functional initiatives with strong operational structure understanding
- 2+ years of experience in EMR integrations/interoperability, including SMART on FHIR apps, EMR API integrations, and HIE/ADT integrations
- Experience integrating 3rd party solutions and internal app enrichments for commercial release in the US healthcare market
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing full product profitability, including revenue, expense, and depreciation
- 3+ years managing a team of product managers
- Proven ability to lead product discovery and synthesize market findings into product ideas
- Proven ability to drive alignment across a matrixed organization
