About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Product to lead the next generation of innovation across Hello Heart’s digital platform. You’ll own the strategy and execution for products that deliver measurable impact—shaping how technology, user engagement, and business value come together to improve health at scale.

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, behavior, and outcomes. You’ll lead a talented team of Product Managers and Analysts, guiding them to translate insights into differentiated, scalable experiences that strengthen Hello Heart’s position as the leading digital solution for cardiovascular health.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy for a core portfolio—ensuring every product delivers measurable value for users and clients.
  • Drive discovery, design, and delivery of new capabilities that expand the reach and impact of Hello Heart’s platform.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4–6 Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and velocity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to bring new solutions to market with speed and precision.
  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and clear ROI frameworks that connect product outcomes to company growth.
  • Serve as a key voice in executive and cross-functional discussions—communicating complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Champion a bias to action, balancing strategic vision with fast, high-quality execution.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams building consumer or B2B2C products at scale.
  • Proven success launching products that deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, or ROI.
  • Experience operating within complex ecosystems—ideally at the intersection of consumers, employers, and partners.
  • Deep understanding of product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and iterative development processes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to align diverse audiences around clear priorities.
  • Track record of developing and coaching high-performing product teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset—comfortable moving between long-term vision and short-term delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000 to $250,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
