Position Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of Revenue Operations to design and evolve PAR’s revenue operating system across the business. This role serves as the bridge between executive strategy and field execution—turning vision into systems, structure, and measurable outcomes. You will drive alignment across sales, customer success, and operations to improve revenue predictability, productivity, and growth. This is a leadership role with direct impact on how we scale our commercial engine.

Position Location:

Remote USA

Reports To:

VP, Sales

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with strong SaaS industry experience.

  • Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals —architecture-level fluency, not just configuration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Track record of leading platform consolidations, CPQ governance programs, and revenue architecture initiatives at scale.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-design thinking; able to translate executive direction into durable operating models.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including executive- and investor facing communication.

  • Proven experience leading and developing RevOps or Sales Operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Familiarity with Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, Avalara, and the modern revenue tech stack.

  • Ability to operate as both architect and operator — setting long-term vision while driving near-term execution.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Own the design and evolution of PAR’s Revenue Operations operating model across the three ownership lanes: Process (Revenue Performance), Tools & Data (Revenue Architecture), and Governance (Commercial Control)

  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, driving accountability, capability building, and organizational effectiveness

  • Own PAR’s enterprise-wide revenue operating model and commercial execution framework across the Restaurant Vertical

  • Translate executive strategy into scalable systems, clear ownership, and measurable execution; serve as the architect of PAR’s revenue operating system

  • Act as the connective layer between executive strategy and field execution, ensuring alignment across commercial objectives, processes, systems, and financial outcomes

  • Partner with GTM leadership and General Managers to drive accountability, forecast discipline, and revenue performance

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on segmentation, pricing governance, GTM structure, and overall revenue architecture

  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve revenue predictability, sales productivity, customer expansion, and operating leverage

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to improve scalability and reduce complexity

  • Own Salesforce platform strategy, including consolidation, data integrity, integration architecture, and CPQ governance

  • Own executive-level revenue intelligence, including pipeline governance, bookings integrity, forecasting, attainment analytics, and investor-facing reporting

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the RevOps team while fostering a culture of ownership, simplification, and execution speed

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Video interview with Talent Acquisition Team

  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)

  • Interview #3: Video panel interview presentation with the Team (via MS Teams)
