The Role

The Director, Revenue Systems is responsible for the strategy, architecture, governance, and optimization of Wpromote's revenue technology ecosystem. As an individual contributor, you will optimize and scale systems, integrations, automations, and data infrastructure to support business growth while delivering an exceptional experience for revenue teams.

Working closely with Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders, this role drives the evolution of the CRM and broader go-to-market technology stack to support operational excellence and business growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $157,000 - $175,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.

You Will Be

  • Defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem.

  • Owning CRM architecture, governance, and system scalability across revenue functions.

  • Evaluating technologies and identifying opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience.

  • Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Designing and implementing workflows and automations that improve operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort.

  • Leading integration strategy across CRM, marketing, finance, enablement, and operational platforms.

  • Ensuring data flows reliably and efficiently across systems and business processes.

  • Establishing governance frameworks that improve data quality, integrity, and usability.

  • Partnering with Revenue Operations and Business Performance teams to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

  • Managing vendor relationships, technology evaluations, implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts.

  • Developing documentation, standards, and governance processes that support long-term scalability and adoption.

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Business Systems, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field.

  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms, specifically, Gong and Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certification required).

  • Experience designing and managing complex system architectures, integrations, and automations.

  • Strong understanding of revenue technology ecosystems and go-to-market processes.

  • Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks.

  • Proven success leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization initiatives.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing technology vendors and external implementation partners.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
