The Director of Sales Engineering will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales engineering team to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Develop and implement technical sales strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing a sales engineering team.
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paces and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

$161,000$238,000 USD
