Job Title: Director of Sales

Location: Flexible (Ideally based in the Midwest)
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization, driving consistent growth across our business units. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing regional sales performance, and identifying strategic market opportunities across the U.S., with a core focus on major metropolitan areas. A key emphasis of this role will be leading Titan Security’s Electronics Department, including integrated security systems and technology-driven security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced electronic security and solutions and will be capable of building and executing strategic sales plans to expand our presence in high-growth markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of annual and quarterly sales quotas across the organization.
  • Lead, develop and coach a growing sales team aligned with company goals and culture.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Proposify, Loopio, etc.) to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., property managers, facility executives, real estate developers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product positioning and value messaging.
  • Represent Marksman Titan at trade shows, conferences, and client engagements to promote brand visibility and credibility.
  • Drive CRM discipline, sales reporting, and forecasting accuracy across the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the contract security industry or related B2B service sector (e.g., janitorial, facilities, staffing).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state operations, statutory/union cost structures, and national account dynamics.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise (forecasting, pipeline management, reporting).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and scale sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in pricing, margin control, and contract negotiations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs to support and coach local sales teams, support client engagement, and participate in industry events.
