U.S. Multimodal Group (USMMG) 

is a North American logistics company providing intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and cross-border services across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We operate the trucks, chassis, and facilities that move our customers’ freight — giving shippers control, reliability, and accountability from origin to destination.

The Role:

The Director of Sales leads revenue growth across USMMG’s full-service portfolio. You will build and execute the strategy to win new shippers, expand existing accounts, and align our intermodal, drayage, transload, and cross-border capabilities to customer supply chain needs. You will partner with operations and pricing leadership and serve as a senior commercial voice in the market.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify, and a background check is required.


What you'll do:

  • Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
  • Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S.–Mexico / U.S.–Canada cross-border services.
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
  • Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM
  • Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of commercial sales experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
  • Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks, and port drayage.
  • Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Will need to travel
