Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace is seeking a Director of Web Experience & Programs to serve as the connective tissue between marketing goals and web execution. In this role, you’ll own the operational roadmap, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment that keeps Dynatrace.com optimized, high-performing, and user-focused.

Think of this role as a product manager for our website, where you’re responsible for ensuring the site meets the needs of internal teams (content, brand, SEO, PMM, localization), and delivering improvements that support business outcomes.

You’ll lead a small, agile team and collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional contributors to plan, prioritize, and launch web experiences that reflect our evolving brand and marketing needs.

This is an execution-focused role with cross-functional influence.

What you’ll do

Web experience as Product

• Own and maintain the web operations roadmap, aligned to brand, content, and campaign priorities

• Define and manage a simple intake and prioritization framework to support web work across teams

• Translate high-level goals into clear deliverables, sprint plans, and releases

• Ensure the website supports core use cases across content marketing, demand gen, SEO, product marketing, and localization

Delivery & coordination

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and sequencing with stakeholders from brand, UX, SEO, PMM, and engineering

• Manage the web backlog, triage requests, and drive sequencing based on impact, urgency, and resourcing

• Own executional ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for internal and agency teams

• Coordinate across internal contributors and agency partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Optimization & performance

• Partner with Marketing Operations and SEO teams to monitor site performance (conversion, engagement, technical health)

• Use data to inform prioritization and guide continuous improvements

• Establish and uphold quality and accessibility standards across all updates and releases

• Maintain clear documentation and change management processes for ongoing site governance

What will help you succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in web operations, digital marketing, or site production
  • Demonstrated success managing a roadmap or backlog in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Familiarity with web publishing processes, SEO best practices, and performance metrics
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a “web as product” or marketing ops model
  • Exposure to agile ceremonies and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience managing external web or digital agencies
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (Contentful, Drupal, etc.)
  • An eye for UX and content quality, even if you’re not a designer or copywriter

  • When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
