  • Work with marketing leaders, creative, and product marketing to develop and implement experience strategies and programs that help ActiveCampaign achieve their growth and performance goals.
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap plan for continuous releases and launches, maintaining a high velocity of innovation.
  • Directly partner with marketing and product to effectively design and optimize our GTM processes and operations to drive improved performance throughout our site experiences.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Billing teams to ensure our overall site and e-commerce experience is secure, seamless, and best-in-class.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or a related field, with the majority of that time dedicated to web experience management.
  • 8+ years of proven people leadership experience, specifically leading and developing high-performing technical and creative teams.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies; you understand the unique digital dynamics and "always-on" nature of our industry.
  • Global site management expertise, including experience managing multi-language and multi-country web properties.
  • Direct experience with high-performing e-commerce or PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments, with a strong focus on driving conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Deep technical understanding and usage for creating and optimizing high-performing websites, including modern CMS experience like Wordpress, Craft and a proven track record of building in modern PHP or JavaScript.
  • Extensive and robust tech stack management experience, with the ability to oversee complex integrations and web architecture.
  • Superb communication skills across all mediums and levels of the organization, with the talent to distill complex technical roadmaps into clear strategic insights.
  • A proven track record in planning, developing, and executing complex roadmaps and rigorous A/B testing plans.
  • A mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance that you instill both within your direct team and across the broader organization.
