EEC SI - Elgin Experience Center Systems Integration
Staging facility responsible for designing, building, programming, optimizing, testing, and demonstrating Motorola Solutions public safety and commercial products to market customers.
Job Description

This role manages the staging process, collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines, implements process improvements, and communicates performance to senior leadership.

  • Manage the staging process from order to shipment to include customer demonstrations as required

  • Collaborate with Design Engineering, Field Deployment Teams, and Sales in order to determine, scope, timeline, and requirements.

  • Identify and implement process transformation projects

  • Regularly communicate with senior leaders regarding business unit performance

  • Work with cross-functional teams at all levels across multiple business segments

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement to streamline delivery of drop ship materials

  • Forecast material needs

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written

  • Customer relations

  • Corporate Financial Acumen

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Ability to present to executive leadership and upper management

  • Weekly reporting


Basic Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management or public safety/military.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Must be an active US service military member with the ability to gain approval for DoD SkillBridge program
