Senior Dynamics 365/CRM developer responsible for customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM/D365, building plugins and integrations, working with Power Platform, supporting implementations, participating in agile teams, using Azure DevOps, and assisting with data conversion, reporting, training, and documentation for clients across North America and Europe.
This is a remote position.
- As a Senior D365/CRM Developer, you will be an integral part of our professional services team.
- Working alongside project managers, functional consultants, and other developers in a collaborative environment, you will build CRM/D365 solutions for clients across North America and Europe.
- This role involves supporting high-profile clients in various industries, including sports and national professional organizations.
- Additionally, you will contribute to new product development initiatives as part of our professional services team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 365.
- Developing plugins and integration points for D365 solutions.
- Configuring D365 solutions to integrate web portal solutions using The Portal Connector.
- Collaborating with network engineers on both D365 CE in the Cloud and CRM on-premise architecture and installation.
- Researching and analyzing requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure successful implementations.
- Providing critical thinking and problem-solving services to clients on a daily basis.
- Being an active member of an agile project team, contributing to solutioning, estimations, task creation, backlog grooming, and representing development interests.
- Updating and utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Performing client's systems configurations based on best practices and understanding of customer business processes.
- Supporting project success activities such as data conversion, report creation, end-user training, user acceptance testing, and creating end-user documentation.
- Reporting to the Software Development Manager.
Requirements
- Demonstrable practical and technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/xRM 2011/2013/2016.
- Hands-on experience with the suite of Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, AI Builder, Model, and Canvas apps.
- Proficiency and experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK for custom workflow activities, plug-ins, and advanced client-side scripting.
- Working knowledge of third-party tools such as SSIS, Scribe, or KingswaySoft.
- Knowledge of agile/waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in developing SQL queries and stored procedures using Transact SQL in SQL Server.
- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production, application, or system problems.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and personal organization skills with efficient, disciplined work habits.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of modern development principles and understanding of SDLC.
- Experience working with a source code repository (TFSVC/GIT).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience writing technical documentation including technical specifications.
- Familiarity with real-time integration with Dynamics 365 using web services.
- Experience in assisting customers with change management.
