About the role
The E-app Configurator must have a strong Annuities background and be able to work on PPFAs/Forms on the iPipeline (Affirm) and/or eBix (Annuitynet or AN4) and/or Hexure (Firelight) platforms. They should be able to create business rules to support product / rate changes. This person will have a good understanding of these technologies, along with strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and ideally a background in the Agile world.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the IT and business teams to define, configure, and maintain business rules and workflows on E-app platforms (AFFIRM, AN4, and Firelight) for annuity and life solutions.
- Provide support to business areas by investigating operational and technical problems/inquiries and recommending and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accountabilities for all assigned work, provide accurate estimates for work to be completed, and describe completed work.
- Translate user requirements into business requirements and technical specifications for small development projects.
- Annuity experience required with Life experience preferred.
- Implement new products and e-Signature on order entry platforms
- Administer and advance Order Entry platform development standards and best practices.
- Review platform releases to assess their impact on Kuvare’s business needs and test relevant changes.
- Communicate the status of ongoing work internally within the team and externally with clients, where applicable.
- Translate user stories into effective solutions that meets the Customer needs to ensure a quality product is delivered.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and concepts preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical, business systems analysis experience
- 2+ years of configuration experience on the E-app platforms.
