We’re Looking For A(n): eCommerce Insights Intern for Summer 2026!

Location: Remote

Program Dates

  • Start date: June 8th or June 15th
  • End date: August 28th 

Workload: 

  • 35-39 hours/week

What You’ll Be Doing: The eCommerce Insights Intern supports the Marketplace team by identifying customer insights, improving product education, and enhancing the customer experience across Amazon marketplaces. This role focuses on analyzing customer feedback, evaluating competitive products, improving operational coordination across teams, and identifying opportunities to optimize product listings for emerging AI-driven discovery tools.

  • Analyze Amazon customer reviews to identify recurring issues and root causes of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Evaluate high-performing competitive products to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for improved customer education through listing content and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align promotional calendars with inventory availability.
  • Monitor marketplace response-time KPIs to help maintain a 99% positive seller rating.
  • Develop post‑purchase engagement approaches within Amazon’s platform limitations.
  • Assist in resolving complex customer issues such as shipping delays or product quality concerns.
  • Evaluate and improve goodwill refund processes.
  • Assess listings for optimization in AI-driven discovery environments including Amazon Rufus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of customer feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Interest in eCommerce and marketplace trends.

Required Experience: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Coursework or projects involving research, analytics, or customer insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • Junior or Senior standing.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, Amazon marketplaces, or digital marketing.

The base salary range is $17-$20.
