The Manager, Recruitment Analytics leads the development and application of predictive models to inform higher education enrollment and institutional financial aid strategy. This role translates complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights that support institutional senior leaders in making data‑driven decisions around recruitment and financial aid optimization.
In addition to hands‑on modeling, the Manager provides technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal product development initiatives, guiding teams and partners from problem definition through implementation. The position is well suited for experienced analytics professionals seeking to expand their influence through advanced modeling, strategic client engagement, and the practical application of analytics to enrollment and financial aid decision‑making

Required Qualifications

  • Current U.S. work authorization required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment.
  • Experience working at or with higher education institutions.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods.
  • Fluency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools.
  • Demonstrated project management and delivery ownership.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing analytics experience.
  • Experience analyzing financial aid data and key enrollment management metrics.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000 - $160,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $200,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
