As an Electrical Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative electro-mechanical solutions that meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project execution and ensure the delivery of innovative and reliable electrical engineering solutions.
You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Support the design and development of electrical systems and components in accordance with project requirements.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and integration of electrical solutions.
•    Conduct feasibility studies and assist in analyzing technical requirements to optimize designs.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
•    2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related roles
•    Knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards
•    Proficiency with electrical design software and tools such as CAD and simulation software, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in design and analysis tasks
•    Experience with electrical system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes

•    Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
•    Experience in Aerospace or related sectors
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•    Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
•    Experience with electro-mechanical sensor design


The annual base salary range for this position is $84,800.00 - $105,900.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
