- At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 7 years of experience as a Storage and Backup Administrator
- Excellent working knowledge on EMC VNX, NetApp, Symantec NetBackup.
- Expertise in Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric Switches.
- Experience in using Storage and Backup infrastructure Management and Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge in resolving Storage Incidents and performance related issues
- Strong communication skills required (oral and written)
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects

- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
