End-User Training & Adoption Specialist 
This position will be providing  training design and delivery for non-technical audiences by simplifying complex concepts into clear, engaging materials and interactive sessions. They will adapts to learner needs, reinforces confidence, and supports adoption through effective communication, stakeholder collaboration, and targeted reinforcement. They will continuously improve training based on feedback, user readiness, and identified knowledge gaps. This is a remote role. You must be a US citizen or Green card holder. 
Business Acumen
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users and adapt messaging based on learner needs
- Effective collaboration with business, SMEs, and IT to align training with real-world scenarios
- Ability to work independently while delivering training aligned to timelines and adoption goals
- Detail-oriented in designing clear, structured learning experiences that reduce confusion
- Adaptable approach to adjust delivery, pacing, and methods based on audience feedback
- Strong analytical skills to identify learning gaps and improve user comprehension and confidence
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, emphasizing practical, hands-on application
- Focus on enabling users to apply learning directly to day-to-day responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Instructional design expertise focused on non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training with guided, hands-on practice
- Proficiency in content development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia)
- Ability to design role-based, scenario-driven training for real-world application
- Experience building end-to-end learning journeys (pre-work, training, reinforcement)
- Strong system knowledge to demonstrate workflows in a business context
- Skilled in creating practical learning assets (job aids, simulations, exercises)
- Experience measuring training effectiveness and refining content based on feedback and adoption outcomes
- 3E Elite and law firm experience if possible
