How to Apply
At FuzeBox, we’re building the intelligent platform for the AI future — where data, context, and human insight converge to power smarter, more adaptive AI experiences for enterprises and people alike.
In a world where data grows faster than businesses can harness it, FuzeBox brings clarity and control. Our AI-native orchestration system unifies data pipelines, model workflows, and real-time intelligence into a single, cohesive platform — enabling organizations to turn complexity into competitive advantage.
We are hiring an Engagement Manager to lead client delivery for AI-driven marketing transformation programs. This role is designed for someone who understands how to run a structured, professional client engagement—balancing discovery, execution, and behind-the-scenes orchestration—while keeping client outcomes first.
You will guide clients from formal discovery through implementation, ensuring engagements remain on track, on time, and on budget, with clear sign-offs and measurable results.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for client stakeholders
• Lead structured discovery across marketing strategy, data, tooling, and workflows
• Translate discovery into clear scopes, phased plans, and implementation roadmaps
• Drive alignment and formal sign-off at key engagement milestones
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure effective execution behind the scenes
• Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget throughout delivery
• Provide clear, professional status reporting to clients and internal leadership
• Anticipate issues early and resolve them before they impact outcomes
• 6+ years in engagement management, consulting, program management, or client delivery
• Experience running formal discovery and implementation engagements
• Familiarity with marketing strategy, marketing operations, or digital transformation
• Exposure to AI, data, or advanced marketing technology initiatives preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• Equity participation in a high growth-stage, AI-driven company
• Opportunity to work on high-impact client transformations in a professional delivery environment
