  • Assist in the execution of APQP practices within New Product Development; assisting and/or executing related deliverables, such as FMEA’s, Product Assurance Planning, CTQ’s, and Control Plans

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and validate CTQ attributes

  • Own documentation to support proper planning and execution of quality processes across assigned programs

  • Coordinate quality planning and lead risk analysis and mitigation activities during NPD

  • Partner with and provide input to other quality functional teams during product development

  • Conduct supplier assessments for assigned components; analyze supplier capabilities

  • Support development of DVP&R plans and test strategies with Design and Test Engineering

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Quality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of statistical tools

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix/cross-functional environment

  • Proficient in APQP methodologies, FMEAs, and Control Plans

The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $120,850.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
