Summary

The Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert on the SAP ERP System upgrade. This individual will also assist with ensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate may work on multiple projects simultaneously and be a team player. 

Responsibilities

  • OpenText StreamServe (Document Presentment) product functional experience - responsible for the following areas
  • Overall installation, configuration, maintenance, and migration
  • Gather customer requirements specific to systems and configurations
  • Map customers’ business needs to the capabilities
  • Identify and design areas where customizations to basic OpenText is needed
  • Working with business technology groups to integrate their applications
  • Resolving operational issues as quickly as possible and driving out root causes and resolutions to those root causes
  • Help business users to reduce the manual effort

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the configuration and implementation of OpenText Document Pipeline, OpenText Archive Server, and Exstream version 16.6 in MS Azure Cloud. Technical expert in establishing a functional integration with both an upgraded version of OT Archive Center for PHI and required third-party Cloud components. Experience of upgrading OpenText Archiving and StreamServe applications)
  • Strong knowledge OpenText StreamServe (Document Presentment) 5.6.2 or above
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered
  • Gas and/or Electric Utility Experience required
  • Strong solution configuration and design skills
  • General consulting experience – assisting with running workshops; defining requirements; mapping processes, and developing technical specifications
  • Strong consulting skills including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
  • Possess oral and written communication skills to assist with presentations to management
  • A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
  • Understanding of business analysis, project management, and system development lifecycle (Waterfall)
