Sales & Implementation Engineer
We are looking for a highly talented Sales Engineer for our El Dorado Hills office
This highly skilled Sales Engineer will partner with our best and brightest sales representatives on B2B sales initiatives, as well as plan, prepare, and execute Keeper product demonstrations and other complex sales efforts.
You’re right for this role if you if you can:
- Develop and present highly complex technical details about software products and understand client needs.
- Model the business case associated with each client sales opportunity and successfully match customer pain points / requirements to software solutions.
- Identify customer key technical objectives and develop strategies with the ISR to resolve technical blockers.
- Clearly communicate the uniqueness of our value proposition to clients and those needs to Engineers for product / release enhancements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer working with complex technical solutions and/or SaaS products.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant technical practical experience.
- A deep understanding or hands on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations.
- SSO, ADFS / Azure, IAM solutions experience or extensive IT Administration experience.
- Experience with network security protocols (eg. SAML, LDAP, OAuth).
- A passion for technology, sales and highly self-motivated.
- An understanding of Information Security concepts.
- Expert phone skills and able to build rapport through various sales techniques.
- A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized.
