Job Summary
Keeper is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to assist in the development and roadmap of our CRM across the sales, support and marketing organizations to drive efficiency and productivity resulting in exponential revenue growth. As the Salesforce Administrator, you are the subject matter expert on all things Salesforce-related and are expected to immerse yourself in the business processes to identify and recommend improvement for our stakeholders. You will help create structure to ensure our sellers are provided an optimal UI/UX needed to be successful. The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Manager of Business Operations, directly.
Requirements
- Serve as primary System developer for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users and multiple applications (Sales, Service, Communities)
- Ideal candidate will have experience integrating Salesforce with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (including Ringlead), HubSpot and 6Sense.
- Respond to end user issues, enhancement requests and other administrative needs.
- Work independently with end users and management to define and document development requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and other teams to develop automation for the organization
- Prioritize requests, bug fixes and enhancements based on your understanding of the most pressing needs of our end users
- Manage existing and new integration of applications to Salesforce
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set and adoption across the organization
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
- Design custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, Visualforce pages and email generation according to application requirements
- Create custom reports and dashboards to improve end user and management visibility into key data and performance metrics
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Take ownership of project work and develop stakeholder relationships
Minimum Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Preferred Requirements
- Agile sprint methodology experience preferred
- Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Communities and APEX experience
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Jira & Google Suite programs
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Amazing organizational skills with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
