As a Revenue Operations Developer, you’ll work with ReviewTrackers’ Revenue Operations team by partnering closely with multiple stakeholders in the proper delivery of critical business systems. This role is responsible for the overall integrity and health of the CRM and its connection to the broader enterprise environment. This role will play a critical role in shaping the technical design of the sales, marketing and billing automation environment through implementation in line with industry best practices. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the entire Salesforce.com codebase. Finally, this will be the primary contact from the Revenue Operations team for all engineering matters including maintaining a sync to the application, the data warehouse and all other external systems.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Own all technical aspects of a force.com implementation, including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products
  • Meeting with stakeholders to determine CRM needs for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Take ownership of the sync between Salesforce CRM and the ReviewTrackers platform
  • Ensure a stable sync with the RTX data warehouse, Hubspot Marketing hub, the Zuora billing system and other integrated applications
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for users
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
  • Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
  • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
  • Maintain a queue of ongoing projects as well as impromptu tickets pertaining to system maintenance and improvement

Who you will be working with:

  • You will be reporting directly to our Director of Revenue Operations
  • You will work directly on the Revenue Operations Team
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing Teams

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years Salesforce specific development experience
  • Proficiency of Force.com and APEX
  • Proficiency with SQL, SOQL and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Javascript, HTML
  • Experience with Zuora Central Platform preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot preferred
  • Experience working with database queries to retrieve and filter row data
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
