This QA Engineer position will focus on testing the Keeper Admin Console which is a web-based application and associated backend APIs. The team is a highly knowledgeable Dev and QA team. Your job responsibilities will consist of web application testing, back end services testing, and identifying and reporting bugs. You will manage test plans based off Jira ticket requirements. You'll also investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction, collaborate with the Product Development team and identify quality assurance process bottlenecks. Knowledge and understanding of Web development (e.g. native, react native, hybrid, PWA, or web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies is a plus.
You are a top candidate if you:
- Are skilled in testing web-based applications per a standardized QA process.
- Enjoy setting up and configuring test tools as needed to accomplish testing goals.
- Have experience working with Jira and Confluence to process tickets and document work.
- Have experience with test management platforms such as Testrail.
- Have experience configuring desktop and mobile operating systems and applications to conduct application testing.
- Enjoy working with web browsers and other tools used within enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise environments and network operations, ideally with a background as a system administrator.
- Understanding of fault tolerance and multi-tenancy concepts and implementations, such as load balancers and proxies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and Identity Management concepts.
- Solid knowledge of standard enterprise operating systems, such as Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server.
Preferred Requirements:
- Javascript/HTML/CSS language knowledge
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker)
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of SAML and SCIM
