Position Responsibilities:

• Create and organize internal technical information for engineering processes and playbooks, product features and new technologies.
• Work with technical staff to write and edit engaging posts for our engineering blog.
• Collaborate with across teams to determine the needs of end-users of technical documentation
• Strategize, develop, write, edit and maintain content for the end to end Pareto platforms
• Manage and edit documentation contributions from our internal teams and our engineering community
• Work closely with Product, Solutions and Engineering teams about user feedback, product changes, and technical product information that inform our documentation
• Develop training and presentation materials for use in onboardings and executive business reviews
• Cultivate and help to answer the questions of our user community by either providing existing documentation or working to create new documentation

Successful Professionals will have the following qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent in a relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience writing developer-facing documentation and other forms of technical content.
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Able to communicate and articulate needs to highly technical individuals
• Previous experience with and know your way around wikis (Confluence is a plus), blogs, and GitHub
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out complex writing projects with high attention to detail along the way
• Ability to create high-quality, innovative content for engineers as well be their advocate
• Excellent communication skills; able to give and receive compassionate editorial critique, especially when working with a distributed team
• Polished writing samples to share
