Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  

Estimated annual base pay:  $113,000 (minimum) - $147,000 (midpoint) - $181,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversees and directs a team of engineering professionals to achieve short term operational objectives and maintain high performance standards.

  • Performance Management: Conducts performance appraisals, manages hiring and termination processes, and implements training and development programs to enhance team skills.

  • Operational Planning: Develops and adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges, ensuring the achievement of financial and operational goals.

  • Technical Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves technical and operational issues, considering their broader impact on the department and implementing effective solutions.

  • Cross Department Collaboration: Partners with other departments to integrate engineering initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless operational synergy.

Other Qualifications:

  • 4year Bachelors BS AND 10+ years equivalent experience in Management and Engineering.
