HiBob is a vibrant, dynamic, happy place to work. An organization with an amazing culture, and bright and resourceful people in London, Amsterdam, New York, Sydney, and Tel Aviv. We're growing fast and looking for talented and passionate Engineering Team Leaders to join us!
In this role, the team you will lead is responsible for building and enhancing HiBob's financial modeling and planning applications, enabling businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your team will develop core application features that empower users to create dynamic financial plans, forecast key metrics, and gain real-time visibility into their financial health. This includes designing scalable, user-friendly interfaces that support complex financial logic, scenario modeling, and automation. You'll work closely with Product and Design to ensure a seamless user experience, while also collaborating with data engineering teams to integrate high-quality financial data into the platform. Your work will be central to our mission of redefining how companies approach financial planning and strategy.
**Note: We will consider both candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) OR Remote based EST Timezone**
Base salaries for this role range from $180,000 - $240,000 per year.

We take immense pride in the diversity of our team and in creating an environment that is fair and equitable for all. Ensuring pay equity across race, gender, and all other forms of diversity is pivotal to this mission.
When determining salary ranges for our roles, we look at external market data and the salaries of Bobbers holding the same or similar roles. Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates' depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.
