The Enrollment Advisor helps prospective patients through the onboarding process, providing information and support throughout their enrollment in Revero's program.
Revero is a personalized digital clinic for treating chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disease. Revero integrates machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care to address the root causes of disease. We have helped thousands of people restore their health and live disease-free, and raised over $6 million from top-tier investors such as A16Z Scout and Goodwater Capital.
The Enrollment Advisor is the first member of the Revero team that prospective patients speak with during the enrollment process. Their job is to help people understand the benefits of the Revero program and how it can help them to achieve their goals. The Enrollment Advisor is meant to be a resource, supporter and source of information to make things easy for prospective patients throughout the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Intake Calls with prospective patients, explaining how the Revero programs works and generating excitement to start the program
- Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline and ensure that patients are moving through the enrollment process
- Help with logistics including scheduling provider onboarding calls and following up to make sure accurate health information has been submitted by the patient
- Help patients to schedule labs if needed and submit lab orders on behalf of patients
- Get patients over the finish line and be an ongoing source of support and assistance
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High EQ and empathy with a strong desire to build relationships with patients and willingness to help others
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with unquestionable integrity
- Strong technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms
- Passion for Revero and its mission with a desire to share our approach with others
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with people directly in the following areas: sales, business development, outpatient nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, implementing various behavior change techniques, health coaching, health counseling, etc
- Growth mindset with openness to learn and set aside the ego
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment and able to work independently
- Ability to commit 20-28 hours per week with flexible hours
For this role the compensation for candidates is $28/hr.
