About the Role

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our high-ticket VIP Program. This is a highly competitive, performance-driven sales opportunity that demands world-class execution, strong sales acumen, deep belief in the WarriorBabe methodology, and an unwavering passion for helping women transform their health and lives.

Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified prospects into WarriorBabe clients—or "babes"—by deeply understanding their needs, clearly communicating the transformative value of WarriorBabe's offerings, and consistently meeting and exceeding established sales targets.

What You'll DoSales Calls and Client Engagement
  • Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls, often in back-to-back blocks throughout the workday.
  • Lead thorough consultations to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, needs, and desired outcomes.
  • Build trust, ask meaningful questions, navigate objections, and confidently guide prospective clients through the decision-making process.
  • Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, focus, and performance throughout scheduled call blocks.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance KPIs.
Program Education and Enrollment
  • Clearly articulate the benefits, methodology, and value of the WarriorBabe VIP Program.
  • Share relevant client success stories and outcomes.
  • Confidently address questions, concerns, hesitation, and objections.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment and payment process accurately.
  • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate program and payment option, including available financing opportunities.
  • Ensure clients understand applicable Terms of Service and enrollment expectations.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to the Customer Success Team following enrollment.
Follow-Up and Pipeline Management
  • Own and actively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and follow-up opportunities.
  • Complete timely and consistent follow-up through assigned communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot.
  • Keep pipeline stages, notes, tasks, follow-up dates, and client information current and organized.
  • Proactively manage opportunities without requiring ongoing reminders or oversight from leadership.
  • Ensure no qualified opportunity falls through the cracks.
Reporting and Administrative Responsibilities
  • Complete all required End-of-Day and End-of-Week reporting accurately and on time.
  • Maintain all assigned manual sales trackers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline data.
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities related to enrollment, follow-up, and sales performance.
Team Participation and Communication
  • Attend and actively participate in daily Sales Team Huddles Monday through Friday.
  • Remain actively engaged in Slack and other designated communication channels throughout the workweek.
  • Communicate proactively with Sales Leadership regarding pipeline opportunities, challenges, client concerns, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience.
  • Provide prospective-client feedback and insights to leadership as appropriate.
  • Attend WarriorBabe’s monthly All Hands Meeting and other required company or departmental meetings.


Schedule & Availability Expectations

This is a full-time, highly competitive sales opportunity requiring significant flexibility and commitment.

Enrollment Advisors should anticipate:

  • Working upwards of 50 hours per week based on call volume, pipeline needs, and performance expectations.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule based on business and team coverage needs.
  • Availability during priority sales windows, including early mornings EST, late afternoons and evenings EST, and weekends.
  • Working extended blocks of back-to-back 45-minute Zoom calls.
  • Spending significant portions of the workday at a computer conducting calls, managing follow-up, completing administrative responsibilities, and maintaining their pipeline.
  • Active engagement with the Sales Team and leadership Monday through Friday.
  • Managing follow-up and pipeline responsibilities outside of scheduled live sales calls as needed.

Schedules may evolve based on business needs, lead volume, team coverage, and performance. Enrollment Advisors are expected to demonstrate the flexibility, ownership, and work ethic required to succeed in a high-performance remote sales environment.

Systems & Technology

Enrollment Advisors are expected to become proficient in and consistently utilize WarriorBabe's primary sales and communication systems, including:

  • HubSpot
  • Aloware
  • Zoom
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Sheets

Enrollment Advisors are responsible for maintaining accurate and timely information across all required systems.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, ideally selling offers valued at $9,000 or more.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust, navigate objections, and lead meaningful conversations.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, resilient, and performance-driven.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work the schedule and call volume required to succeed in a competitive high-ticket sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and administrative discipline.
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment and proficiency with CRM and digital communication tools; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Commitment to coaching, feedback, continuous learning, and skill development.
  • Ability to adapt quickly based on prospective-client needs, leadership feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in women's health, fitness, and nutrition.


Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with significant earning potential. Top performers earn between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, with compensation designed to reward revenue quality, consistent performance, and direct contribution to the growth of the business.
