The Role:

Jump start your Engineering Career at Entegris.  Our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is uniquely designed to provide new to market and entry-level engineers meaningful exposure to the core engineering disciplines that drive our business. The ELDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the company’s custom learning curriculum.

ELDP seeks to advance the development of talented engineers through the completion of three 12-month assignments in the areas of Product, Manufacturing, and a final assignment based on interest and business need in either Plant Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to high-level company mentors, active learning events with senior leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key corporate and divisional objectives. Culminating in a permanent job placement within the ranks of Entegris, this program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high-potential future leaders of Entegris.

Rapidly build upon your technical capabilities:

  • 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of Product engineering, Manufacturing engineering and a third assignment based on interest in either Plant Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality.
  • On the job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables.
  • Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines that fuel Entegris.

Expand your internal network within Entegris:

  • Face-to-face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings
  • Circulate across functional lines working within diverse high-performing project teams
  • Establish meaningful relationships with seasoned mentors that are technically and commercially accomplished

Great candidates for this program would have the following:

  • Aligned employment start date with the ELDP program start date - June 22nd, 2026. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering with a strong GPA – graduation as of December 2025 or Spring 2026.
  • New to the job market or at the early part of their engineering career.
  • Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package.
  • Rotational assignments may require geographic mobility. Candidates should be open to relocation to maximize development opportunities.
  • Desire to establish a career with Entegris (a publicly held, global technology company) and aspire to future leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
  • Self-starter with a proclivity for taking initiative and jumping right in.
  • Ability to confidently interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to stretch outside your comfort zone - effectively adapting to new assignments, managers, and business challenges.

  • Compensation: $77,500-$82,500 per year, with actual pay dependent on candidate level of education
