About Vega

The $250B insurance claims industry runs on fax machines, phone tag, and adjusters buried in paperwork. Cycle times stretch for months. Data is locked in legacy systems. And the workforce is aging out faster than it's being replaced.

Vega is the premier AI-native Claims Third Party Administrator built to reimagine that entire stack from the ground up. Our team is equal parts experienced insurance operators and modern technologists. We care deeply about delivering superior outcomes for our clients, and we want builders that get their hands dirty shipping solutions that move the needle.

Our results: 10x YoY revenue growth, and on track for $XXM run-rate in under 2 years. Backed by marquee VCs like General Catalyst, Lightspeed, and Valor.

About the role

As one of our first Enterprise Account Executives you will play a foundational role in shaping how Vega grows.

You will work closely with our founders to bring our platform to market, build relationships with enterprise customers, and help define the sales motion that will fuel our next stage of growth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both closing strategic deals and helping build the foundation of a high-growth sales organization.

You'll work with senior decision-makers across insurers, MGAs, carriers, and claims organizations, helping them modernize one of the most critical functions in insurance.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Enterprise Sales Cycles: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close, navigating multiple stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating enterprise agreements.

  • Build the GTM Playbook: Help define our messaging, sales process, and customer engagement strategy as we continue to scale.

  • Influence the Product Roadmap: Be the voice of prospects, customers and partners back to Product, Engineering, and Ops. Your conversations in the field should shape our roadmap.

  • Represent Vega: Show up at industry conferences, executive seminars, client meetings, and key associations as a credible, senior face of the company

  • Build Behind You: Develop the playbooks and mentorship structures that turn your individual success into a repeatable growth engine as the team grows

About You:
  • 7+years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise accounts

  • Proven enterprise sales experience: You’ve consistently closed complex B2B deals, managing long sales cycles, and know how to navigate multiple stakeholders to get deals across the finish line.

  • A builders mindset. You’re excited by the opportunity to help shape how a company grows. Whether it’s refining sales process, improving messaging, or sharing what’s working, you enjoy contributing beyond your pipeline

  • Curious about the industry. You're interested in how technology is reshaping the claims space and enjoy helping customers understand the real business impact of new solutions.

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary

  • Equity - giving you direct stake in the future of an AI-native industry leader.

  • Top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401k with company match.

  • Flexible PTO and a work-from-home friendly environment.

  • A fast-paced, high-talent density team that values transparency and shipping fast.

Vega offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid healthcare plans, an up to 4% 401k match program, paid time off, parental leave, wellness reimbursement, work-from-home stipend and more. Vega is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re interested in this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.
