About the Role

Our client is seeking a Regional Director, Sales to drive growth across a multi-state territory. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and expanding relationships with banks and credit unions, delivering consultative sales experiences that lead to successful client partnerships.

This is a high-impact, outward-facing role that blends relationship-building, strategic selling, client education, and program launches. You’ll work closely with Project Management, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementations and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 5–8 sales presentations per week with C-suite, Retail, and Marketing leaders at banks and credit unions
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships across an assigned 3–4 state territory
  • Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations both virtually and in person
  • Manage sales pipeline activity and client data using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, program launches, and long-term client success
  • Travel an average of three days per week to meet with prospects and clients
  • Follow established sales processes while maintaining consistent, proactive prospecting activity
  • Present proprietary analytics and network-based solutions to financial institution decision-makers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • 2+ years of experience in consultative selling, outside sales, or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to sell to C-suite and senior leadership audiences
  • Experience managing longer, multi-touch sales cycles
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively while managing time effectively
  • Strong proficiency with presentation tools, mobile applications, and video conferencing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to financial institutions (banks or credit unions)
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or data-driven solutions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
